If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding that project, the project-specific agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
5.No Guarantee of Work or Earnings
Participation in the Powerhouse network or marketplace does not guarantee:
- Any minimum amount of work;
- Any particular project;
- Any level of compensation or earnings;
- Continuous availability of projects;
- Future employment or engagement; or
- Any particular business outcome.
Any earnings, project values, financial projections, network sizes, or economic scenarios presented on our website are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.AI-Assisted Services
Certain Powerhouse services may use artificial intelligence to generate, analyze, assist with, or evaluate work.
AI-generated results may contain errors and should not automatically be considered accurate, complete, or appropriate for a particular purpose.
Human experts may review, correct, validate, or approve AI-generated work where appropriate.
Users remain responsible for complying with applicable professional, legal, regulatory, confidentiality, and contractual requirements.

Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, customer materials, expert work product, AI outputs, datasets, and related intellectual property may be governed by separate agreements.
Nothing in these Terms grants Powerhouse ownership of a user's pre-existing intellectual property merely because that material is submitted in connection with a project.
10.Communications and SMS Consent
Where users voluntarily provide their contact information and applicable consent, Powerhouse may communicate with them by email, telephone, or SMS regarding applications, recruiting, projects, professional opportunities, and related matters.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for an opportunity or purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications and HELP for assistance.
